Fat, healthy stripers are being caught this winter.

Reports from several people have indicated all stripers caught were extremely healthy and fat, which is promising for the population.

Reports of good catches are being given from "hot hole" to "hot hole" and north, of average to above average fish compared to years past.

We'll keep our fingers crossed for a great 2012!!

Lake Thurmond gets Oxygen Pumps...

The annual LKN Striper Kill has been going on for quite some time.  Lake Thurmond just put huge Oxygenators in their waters to save their Stripers.

Duke Energy  -  Take Note!! 
LKN needs this badly!
